I am back with my couple of pasta meal... i love cooking and eating pasta. So are my daughter..she just enjoyed with Fussilis because the shape is very unique and sometimes i buy the fancy one..its so nice and colourful. By the way, this both Pasta is a perfect foundation for healthy, nutritious and satisfying meals: Pasta is generally eaten with nutrient-dense food partners, such as fiber-filled vegetables and beans, heart healthy fish and monounsaturated oils, antioxidant-rich tomato sauce and protein-packed cheese, poultry and lean meats. I always standby spagheti and fussilis in my kitchen for make a variety of food for my daughter so that she wont get bored with the rice everyday.. For me its super fast then we cook rice, curry and so on.. less work! less energy! less time to prepare! Down here i would like to share the simple recipes for pasta as picture shown up there, that can cooked in 15 mins (not include the boiling) Its super duper easy and sure u will enjoy it..

Left image : Fussili Black Pepper season up Oregano

Ingredients:
Fussili pasta
Red onion and chopped garlic
Carrot
Black Pepper Sauce
Oregano Powder
Green Pepper
Lemon
Nugget/Sausage

Steps:
Add the fussili to the boiling water and 1 t/spn of olive oil and salt, for 20mins, then drain the water.
Fry nugget or sausage, keep at side
Heat the olive oil
Cook onion and garlic over medium heat
Add the carrot, salt , sauce and oregano powder
Cook for 3 minutes
Mix fussilis, stir well
Ready to serv.

2.Spagheti Agle e-olio
ingredients:
250gm spagetti
10 pcs shrimp
6 pcs dried chilli - cut into small pieces
8 cloves of garliec - chopped
Parmessan cheese
Olive oil
Salt

Chopped :
Basil
Oregano
Corriander
Steps :
Boil spaghetti with 1 tsp olive oil and salt till cooked and drain the water.
Meanwhile, to cook in oil the garlic and dried chilli until caramelize
Add shrimp and stir well
Add chopped ingredients and stir again
Add pinched of salt, spaghetti and mix well
At last, spread parmessan cheese
Ready to serve....
